Palma De Mallorca Attractions

La Seu Cathedral

One of Palma’s greatest landmarks, made from golden limestone, this cathedral was built by Jamie I. Watch the walls as they change colour according to the time of day.

 

Almudaina Palace

This citadel houses the Harbour Office of the Balearic Islands. It contains numerous works of art that illustrate many episodes taken from Spanish history.

 

Port of Palma

This is one of the busiest sea ports in Europe. View some of the cruise ships which dock here, or take a walk around the harbour and watch the fishing boats and yachts.

 

Paseo Maritimo

The Paseo Maritimo (promenade) is an example of where modern and historical values meet. Enjoy the Mediterranean breeze and the spectacular views of the cathedral.

 

La Lonja (Museum of Arts)

La Lonja is one of the most outstanding examples of Gothic civil architecture in all the Mediterranean area, with a great faÁade and fantastic interior.

 

Castillo de Bellver

Located on top of a hill, this fortress was constructed to defend Mallorca from its enemies. There is a museum inside with various valuable collections of classical antiquity.
